Chris Hoey

Chris Hoey is a lifelong Fraser Valley resident with deep roots in the communities of Langley and Abbotsford. His career path has given him a rare, well-rounded perspective on real estate—from hands-on construction experience to high-level logistics planning.

Before becoming a Realtor, Chris spent over four years driving a concrete mixer across the Fraser Valley, gaining firsthand knowledge of development and construction while learning nearly every road and neighborhood from Surrey to Chilliwack. He later built a successful career in international shipping logistics at the Port of Metro Vancouver, eventually becoming a Senior Logistics Planner, where he developed strong skills in coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving.

During his transition into real estate, Chris also worked framing homes, helping build more than 15 custom houses from the foundation up. This hands-on building knowledge gives him a unique advantage when evaluating homes, construction quality, and development potential.

Today, Chris is a Realtor with Vybe Realty, where he combines local expertise, construction insight, and strategic planning to help clients confidently navigate the Fraser Valley market. When he’s not working with clients, Chris enjoys spending time with his family, playing guitar, woodworking, and snowboarding.
